Two Bacup men charged with rape

TWO men from Bacup have appeared at Burnley Magistrates’ Court charged with rape.
Andrew Walsh, 25, of The Ferns, and Gary Love, also 25, of Market Street, allegedly attacked a 32-year-old woman after they shared a taxi from Vogue nightclub in Rawtenstall.
Police said the alleged incident is believed to have taken place between 3.30am and 5.20am in Old Lane in Britannia on June 10.
The pair will appear before Burnley Crown Court on Monday, January 21.
