A BLAZE broke out on the first floor of a disused Blackburn vicarage.
Firefighters were called to Christ Church, in Mosley Street, Blackburn, at around 4.25pm yesterday after smoke was seen coming from the roof.
Watch manager Dave Hilliard said it appeared that squatters had been living in the property, although nobody was in the building when the fire started.
