8:00pm Monday 7th January 2013 in News
A 39-YEAR-OLD man appeared before Burnley magistrates accused of offering to supply ecstasy.
Simon Leigh Barras, 39, of Sefton Terrace, Burnley, is also charged with possessing the drug with intent to supply. Both alleged offences are said to have taken place last October 20.
The defendant’s case will be heard at Burnley Crown Court.
Barras, who did not indicate a plea, was bailed until a hearing at the higher court on April 4.
