Blackburn town centre traffic chaos after van collides with moped (From Lancashire Telegraph)

A MOPED rider has suffered a broken ankle after colliding with a white van.

The 30-year-old man received treatment from the ambulance service on the road shortly after 2.15pm on Christmas Eve.

Traffic backed up all the way along Enanam towards Blackburn town Centre.

Police diverted traffic away from Hill Street.
