£2,500 grant for Ribble Valley's Little Green Bus service

THE Ribble Valley’s Little Green Bus service has been awarded a £2,500 grant.
The cash is from Adactus Housing Association’s Neighbourhood Fund and will be used to continue the service, which provides transport for elderly, disabled, and rurally-isolated people.
Lindsay Greenhalgh, neighbourhood development officer at Adactus, said: “The money is part of a fund that we give each year and that organisations make bids for, so they can improve the area.
“The panel thought the Little Green Bus was a great benefit to the community.”
