Man struck by car in Ramsbottom suffers broken leg

A SIXTY-year-old man suffered a broken leg after being hit by a car as he walked along Fir Street in Ramsbottom.
Police and paramedics were called to the scene at around 5.15pm yesterday after the man was in collision with a grey Citroen Xsara Picasso.
The man was treated at the scene for his injuries before being taken to hospital for treatment.
