Lads on the ball half a century ago

Here's a young football team from 1954 - Blakey Moor under 12s.

They're kitted out in their quarter colour strips, the Blackburn school soccer stars of more than half a century ago.

Back row, left to right, Ernie Mason, Les Christie, Clive Scholes, goalkeeper Eric Riley, Dave Donaley, and Dave Clayton.

On the front, left to right, are Jimmy Hurley, Pete Elwood, Arthur Eva, Dave Parkinson, and Stuart Smith.

Do you know any of them 54 years on?

I know both Jimmy Hurley and Pete Elwood.
Jim is a memeber of Pleasington Golf Club and is or was (2 years ago) MD of ACME refrigeration, Whitebirk.
Pete Elwood went to St. Aidans C of E school. As I did- I don't know his whereabouts.
I am approx. 1 year older and attended Blackburn Technical High School 1952 -1957.
