READER Peter Wrigley is trying to trace members of the Simpson family of Blackburn.
He has recently come into possession of more than 50 postcards, dating from 1905 and addressed to a Mrs Simpson of 205 Pringle Street.
Said Peter: “They have been sent from all over the UK at a time when I would imagine that travelling around the country was quite unusual.
“I would love to know if there are any relatives of Mrs Simpson still around so that I can share some of their family history with them.”
