Tuning in from Florida. I was born and bought up in Guernsey, but as a young child was evacuated to Burnley at the start of WWII.

I remember at age five going to Lionel Street School.

Am trying to find out if the Nursery School listed on the web with a Lionel Street address, is in fact in the same building, and if the school is still in operation,(since 1943), but with a name change.

You sometimes think of strange things from the past when you're retired...
