PEOPLE are being invited to honour those who died in the Normandy Landings.
A group from Blackburn is setting off to France on Thursday to take part in the 65th D-Day commemoration events.
During their week-long stay members will be visiting the graves of those who died on June 6 1944.
Anyone who would like to send a wreath should call Geoff Sutcliffe, landlord at the Rising Sun, Whalley New Road, Wilpshire, on 01254 247379.
Mr Sutcliffe said the group would also visit any graves without a wreath if requested.
