A VETERAN impersario is to bring a taste of old-time music hall and variety back to a Pendle stage on September 7.
Blackpool performer and MBE Duggie Chapman brought his show, The Good Olde Days to the borough last year, for a one-off at the Pendle Hippodrome in Colne.
And for 2011, the performance has been transferred to the ACE Centre in Nelson. Duggie will be joined by TV comic Steve Barclay, who will be recreating the work of the legendary Max Miller, and City Varieties Theatre singing favourite Beryl Johnson.
Instrumentalist Peter Lindup, juggler Tom Rolfe and radio personality Tony Leyton, backed by the Paul Crompton Band, complete the line-up.
