Society members in rehearsal
Take a trip to the heart of theatreland with Burnley Light Opera Society this week.
After a sell-out concert last year, the company returns to the Mechanics on Thursday with Broadway Lights and West End Nights 2014.
Members will showcase musical highlights from shows including Les Miserables, Evita, Hairspray, Miss Saigon, Shrek, Mama Mia and what will be their 2015 production Sister Act!
A spokesman said: “Accompanied by a live band, this is a must for all musical fans.”
Broadway Light and West End Nights runs Thursday to Saturday, 7.30pm at Burnley Mechanics. Tickets cost £10.50 Thursday, £12.50 Friday and Saturday from 01282 664400.
