First night for Burnley light opera

BURNLEY Light Opera Society is coming together tomorrow for the first rehearsal of its spring concert.
Broadway Lights, West End Nights will be staged at Burnley Mechanics from March 7 to 9.
The group will meet from 7.30pm at Bethesda Hall, behind Marks & Spencer in Burnley town centre.
A spokesman said: “Come along and find out the exciting plans and see if you want to be involved. We’ll also be rehearsing some of the chorus numbers for the concert.”
