Justin Moorhouse
Phoenix Nights star and leading stand-up comedian Justin Moorhouse is playing Chorley Little Theatre on his next tour in 2013.
The writer and star of BBC Radio 4's Everyone Quite Likes Justin has come a long way since winning the City Life Comedian of the Year in 2000.
He has starred in Ken Loach’s film Looking for Eric, hosted his own daily afternoon radio show on Key 103 and starred as Young Kenny in Peter Kay’s Phoenix Nights.
He has also recently performed on Michael McIntyre’s Comedy Roadshow.
Describing the show, called Justin Time, he said: “I’m not promising nudity or fire breathing. That can be arranged on request though.
“It’ll just be me telling stories and jokes to make you laugh.
“You might have seen me with that tiger face in that programme from ages ago. I won’t have that tiger face on. It was a long time ago.
“You might have seen me doing stand-up on your television, it’ll be a lot like that, but more of it and in 3D.”
Justin plays Chorley Little Theatre on Saturday, March 16 at 8pm Tickets £12 (concessions £10) from Malcolm's Musicland, Chapel Street 01257 264362.
