BLACKBURN Arts Club has announced its programme for 2014-15.
First-time director Lisa-marie Hunt – who has appeared in several Arts Club productions – will open the season with Alan Bennett’s Talking Heads, on stage from September 23 to 27.
Then The Haunting, based on ghost stories by Charles Dickens by Hugh Janes, will be directed by Alison Bell, in December. There will be a joint reading for these productions on June 4.
Geoff Baron will direct the third play of the season, The Dark Earth And The Light Sky by Nick Dear, to run in March, with All In Good Time, by Bill Naughton and produced by Brian J Lawson closing the season next May.
Geoff will host a reading on June 11, followed on June 18 with All In Good Time.
Readings will take place at 7.30pm at the Arts Club’s Gibraltar Street base. All are welcome to attend.
