Dua Lipa hit the red carpet at the Brits clutching a white rose in support of victims of sexual harassment and assault.

Nominees and guests at the ceremony in London are following the lead set at the Grammys by wearing white rose pins to show support for Time’s Up, the movement launched in the wake of the entertainment industry’s sexual assault scandal.

Dua Lipa, 22, was one of the first to arrive and took the initiative a step further by actually carrying a rose.

The singer-songwriter looked stunning in a full, ruffled pink dress that was short in the front and long at the back.

She is leading the field at the awards with five nominations.

Other stars who were among the first to arrive at London’s O2 Arena included Clara Amfo, who stood out in purple, and Stefflon Don who showed off her curves in figure-hugging pink.

The white rose move comes days after attendees at the Baftas swapped their usual colourful gowns for black dresses to acknowledge the initiative.
