Adele has returned to number one on the Official Albums Chart following her critically acclaimed performance at Glastonbury Festival.

The singer’s third album 25 has reclaimed the top spot thanks to a post-festival sales surge of 231% versus last week, according to the Official Charts Company.

Buoyed by its long-awaited release on streaming services on June 24, the record has logged a 13th week at the top. The Londoner’s back catalogue is also enjoying a resurgence, with second album 21 at number 10, while her debut 19 is back in the top 40 at number 12 after a six-month break.

Adele is not the only artist basking in the glow of Glastonbury.

Coldplay headlined on the closing night and have enjoyed a 28% uplift week on week. The Chris Martin-fronted band are up to number two with latest release A Head Full Of Dreams.

Rockers ELO, who took Sunday afternoon’s Legends slot, are up to number three with greatest hits collection All Over The World.

The top 30 also sees Drones by Friday’s headliners Muse and What Went Down by Foals selling well. The 1975′s I Like It When You Sleep, For You Are So Beautiful Yet So Unaware Of It is also moving upwards.

Post-Glastonbury, chart interest continues in Tame Impala’s Currents and The Last Shadow Puppets’ Everything You’ve Come To Expect.

Elsewhere in the Official Albums Chart, Rick Astley’s 50 drops a place to number four.

Rounding off the top five is Beyonce with Lemonade in the week she kicked off the UK leg of her Formation world tour.

In the Official Singles Chart, Drake has tightened his grip on the UK with two top three tracks. One Dance, the longest reigning number one of the digital age, has notched a 12th week at the summit.

Kungs vs Cookin’ On 3 Burners have to settle for number two yet again with This Girl.

Drake makes another appearance in the chart alongside Rihanna with Too Good at number three.

This week marks the seventh in a row that the Canadian rapper and Rihanna have had two singles inside the top 10.

The Bajan superstar is a non-mover at number four with Calvin Harris on their track This Is What You Came For.

Justin Timberlake completes the top five with Can’t Stop The Feeling.
