Homeland star Damian Lewis, Game of Thrones villain Iwan Rheon and Glee actor Matthew Morrison are among the celebrities joining the final line-up for charity football match Soccer Aid 2016.

They will be joined on the pitch by Kasabian singer Sergio Pizzorno and McFly’s Danny Jones, as well as Coronation Street actor Shayne Ward, jockey Sir Tony McCoy, former rugby star Thom Evans and Good Morning Britain’s Sean Fletcher.

They will be put through their paces by footballers including Fabio Cannovaro, Brazilian goalkeeper Dida, Jermaine Defoe, Danny Murphy and Kieron Dyer.

Lewis and Jones will join stars including One Direction singer Louis Tomlinson, Olly Murs, TV presenter Mark Wright, former JLS singer Marvin Humes and comedians Jack Whitehall and John Bishop on Jose Mourinho and Sam Allardyce’s England side, with Robbie Williams serving as assistant manager and Bradley Walsh returning as coach.

Defoe, Murphy and Dyer will also join the England side as well as Jamie Carragher and Robbie Fowler while David Seaman will play alongside his ex-Arsenal team-mate Sol Campbell.

Rheon, Morrison, Sir Tony, Ward, Evans, Fletcher and Pizzorno will play for the Rest of the World team alongside athletic stars including Unicef ambassador Michael Sheen, chef Gordon Ramsay and pop star Nicky Byrne. They will be managed by Claudio Ranieri with One Direction’s Niall Horan as assistant manager.

Cannovaro and Dida will also join the Rest of the World team alongside World Cup winners Ronaldinho and Cafu as well as Jaap Stam and Dimitar Berbatov, Dutch midfielder Edgar Davids and former Barcelona and Cameroon international striker Samuel Eto’o.

The charity match, which raises funds for Unicef, will kick off at 6pm on Sunday June 5 live on ITV from Old Trafford Stadium.

Broadcasters Clive Tyldesley and Chris Kamara will serve as commentators while former World Cup referee Howard Webb will oversee proceedings and singer Katherine Jenkins will perform.

The biennial live event will be hosted by Dermot O’Leary with TV presenter Kirsty Gallacher reporting from the side of the pitch.
