Nora Batty’s cottage from Last Of The Summer Wine has apparently been on the market for 10 years.
The two-bed house in Holmfirth, West Yorks, which featured in many episodes of the long-running TV series, is currently being used as a holiday let.
Although plenty of people want to stay in the famous property, nobody has come forward to buy it since it was put up for sale in 2006.
The house is being sold by Leeds-based firm Ernest Wilson, and has a guide price of £169,950, reported The Huddersfield Examiner.
They said in their ad: “An opportunity to acquire this world famous cottage property in the Last Of The Summer Wine TV series and situated in the heart of this bustling town which attracts 1000s of tourists and visitors. This is the actual cottage that is filmed in the TV series.
“The cottage has been totally refurbished yet retaining all its main features with 100s of photos and valuable memorabilia and providing spacious superbly kept family accommodation sleeping up to 6 people comfortably. Lovely garden. Returning a rental income of £500 weekly.”
