Kylie Minogue says she's at a "turning point" in her life.

The singer, 44, admits she's pondering slowing down, and that her Spanish model boyfriend Andres Velencoso has helped her relax.

She told Good Housekeeping magazine: "[I'm] In a quandary and at a turning point. I think I'm in a good place.

"I'm realistic about where I am and the age that I am."

The star said she was "still very determined" and that "there is a lot left to do".

But she added: "I'm always trying to get to that place that is in front of me, but I feel like I don't need to keep running in that direction.

"It's more about slowing down and stopping for a minute. I feel like I want to expand and broaden my life and my experiences."

Kylie said of 34-year-old Andres, who she began dating in 2008: "He is such an easy-going guy, he loves being here.

"We met in London but he was living in New York at the time. I stole him from New York and now have him captive here!... Andres is great at helping me relax."
