How To Look Good Naked, Channel 4

A new series of How To Look Good Naked is equally as exciting as the feeling you get from buying a brand new dress.

It's a fact that women love Gok Wan. He has the ability to transform the most shrivelled of shrinking violets into blossoming beauties with little more than a few nice words and a good bra.

In last night's episode, the first in the new series, we met Suzy and Jeannie who are 29-year-old identical twins. However, they're not exactly alike as one is a mother of three and the other is a successful business-woman.

Where 10 Years Younger' would chuck acid in their faces to burn off their skin, then bully them until they quivered under the surgical knife, Gok has his own unique way of tackling things.

He told them: "The first thing we've got to do is to hug each other until we break wind!"

Can you ever imagine Trinny and Susannah saying anything quite like that? It may sound ridiculous but you see this is what is great about Gok.

He's proven that kindness and fun is more helpful than mental abuse. I mean, we all knew that, but it's high time the TV bosses caught on.

Gok doesn't want to send anyone spiralling into the pits of plastic surgery. Nope. Gok's motto is to love what you've got and, failing that, whack on some magic knickers and a pair of killer heels!
