Strictly Come Dancing is wiping the floor with the dying X-Factor on the other side, even though the programme planners have come close to spoiling it by insisting that the results show is shown on a Sunday.
Get it back on a Saturday night - think of the money they'll save in costumes as Bruce, Tess and the judges won't have to keep changing, pretending it's all going out live.
Anyway, this week produced a piece of TV gold as the clearly unwell Letitia Dean struggled to remain upright while she got savaged by the judges.
Then as she returned to the backstage area to be confronted by Tess Daly's fringe, suddenly the normal orange colour drained from her face and she dashed off camera saying 'I'm going to be sick'.
You shouldn't laugh at someone's misfortune but it was fairly memorable stuff.
