FORGET all that nonsense you might have seen on TV - that's non league stuff compared to the Hot Ice Show's premier league entertainment.
Once again one of Blackpool's favourite shows has come up trumps offering a show packed with spectacle and skill which will entrance audiences of all ages.
Until you see this show live you cannot appreciate the speed, power and majesty of the stars of the ice. In all 28 of them put on a show that dazzles from the word go.
The costumes - all 250 of them - are magnificent, the sound and lighting will match anything in the West End and you'll come away enchanted by what you've seen.
This year's show, entitled The Edge, appears to have more ensemble pieces than previous years and the audience struggles to know where to look as skaters fill the ice, whizzing past each other at speed and yet, never once colliding.
Rawtenstall's own ice stars Natalia Pestova and Alexei Kislitsyn lead the way and bring romance on to the ice with a grace and delicacy that is captivating.
It is testament to the skill of all the performers that you often forget they are on ice as they perform complicated lifts, spins and pirouettes.
I think everyone should see at one ice show live and if I were you I'd see this one.
