A COUNCILLOR has issued a rallying call to Watford residents who are missing out on the splendour of one of the town's most beautiful open spaces.
Responding to a survey, which revealed that about a third of residents had never visited Cassiobury Park, council cabinet member Andy Wylie said he was shocked so many had not set foot in the historic green space.
The park attracts visitors from London and across Hertfordshire. Councillor Wylie said: "Come on this 31 per cent. Cassiobury Park is great."
