FAMILIES basked in the sunshine at the Darwen Market Fun Day.
Children flocked to the event, on Saturday afternoon, enjoying fun and entertainment, as well as learning new skills including first aid.
St John Ambulance Superintendent Ellie Langford and Badger Bethany Cougill gave people first aid demonstrations.
The event was organised by Darwen and Rural Summer Fun For All.
