The heat is on for Reidy's Talent Contest performers
1:07pm Thursday 21st February 2013 in Reidys Talent Contest
BANDS will be out in force for the third heat of the Lancashire Telegraph-backed Reidy’s Talent Contest tonight.
The search to find East Lancashire’s most talented musicians and performers has already unearthed some outstanding acts who have gone through to next month’s grand final.
Tonight three more will join them, all hoping to win the top prize of £1,000 in vouchers to spend at Reidy’s Home of Music Superstore.
Those taking part tonight will be the Susie Jones Band, English Outback, Pigwitch, Wreckless, Fear the Fallen, Ben and Rachel, Crystal Itch, Just a Minicase and Brian Hobbs.
The heat starts at 7.30pm at Blakey’s at King George’s Hall, Blackburn, and admission is £3.
There will be one more heat next Thursday followed by the grand final on Thursday, March 7.
