Saturdays star Frankie Sandford has joined up with mental health charity Mind, only months after admitting her own struggle with depression.
The 24-year-old singer, currently dating footballer Wayne Bridge, is the charity's youngest ever ambassador.
She said: "Mind is a fantastic charity that does so much to support anyone living with a mental health problem. I have got to know the charity over the last few months and am really pleased and proud to have been invited to be an ambassador.
"There is still so much stigma and fear around mental health and I hope that by being an ambassador for Mind I can help raise awareness and get people talking about something that affects one in four of us."
Last year she described how she was hospitalised after a series of panic attacks which left her hysterical and questioning her relationships and career.
Now she is raising money for the charity in an online competition where the lucky winner will win a trip to Alton Towers with her.
