Stephanie Davis starred in Celebrity Big Brother where she met Jeremy McConnell, the father of her child (Ian West/PA)

Earlier this week, Davis, 25, was pictured on the Hollyoaks set where she is reprising her role as Sinead O’Connor following a three-year absence.

She has been open about her battle with alcoholism and in February told ITV’s Lorraine that going to rehab for treatment was “the best decision of my life”.

Davis said Caben had taught her “how to carry on, how to be selfless, how to love unconditionally and how every morning I am blessed waking up to your beautiful face”.

She added: “I may not always get it right, but I’m doing my best. I never knew how hard it was, but I’m giving it my all and hope one day you will be proud.
