Damien Hirst has unveiled 46 new paintings – a development on his spot works.

The artist, famous for his pickled shark, rotting cow’s head and diamond-encrusted skull, made his first Spot Painting in 1986.

Damien Hirst’s Dog With Bone is on display at Houghton Hall in Norfolk.

His new works are on show at the State Rooms in lavish mansion Houghton Hall, in Norfolk.

The exhibition also features 15 large bronze sculptures.

Works on show at Houghton Hall also include two kinetic ball pieces from 2000 and Dog With Bone from last year.

Damien Hirst’s Myth features in the exhibition which runs from 25 March-15 July at Houghton Hall in Norfolk.

A new series of scaled-up pipe cleaner animals will also be on show.

Houghton Hall was built by Sir Robert Walpole in around 1722.
