Lorraine Chase sends good luck to Blackburn Arts Club

MEMBERS of Blackburn Arts Club received a boost from an unlikely source this week when former Emmerdale actress Lorraine Chase sent her good wishes.

The club are staging a production of play Dead Guilty from tonight until Saturday.

The play’s director Therese Ball went to see Lorraine in the same show recently when she toured Britain with great success.

And when Lorraine heard the company were putting on the production she sent a signed photograph of herself to the cast with the message: “Good and enjoy!!”

Therese said: “Lorraine was such a lovely lady, a wonderful actress and very caring about amateur theatre.”
