THE crowd were unanimously united in crowning George Ezra the king of Lytham Festival last night. The Budapest singer performed some of his biggest hits with the backing of a big band.

The thousands of music fans who travelled from across the north to see him perform were dazzled by his musical extravaganza.

Festivalgoers were blown away by his rendition of Shotgun and Paradise.

Even those people who attended the festival to see other stars in the line up, such as Emeli Sandé could be heard expressing their admiration for the singer.

Fans young and old joined in her performance of Clown and Next to me.

Lesser known, Rae Morris also held her own, warming up the crowds ahead of the headliners.
