Bette Midler
MULTIPLE Grammy Award-winning singer and legendary performer Bette Midler has announced she will be performing in Manchester next summer.
It will be her first UK show in 35 years and she will be playing the Phones 4U Arena on Saturday, July 11.
In a career spanning almost half a century, Midler has been nominated for two Academy Awards, and won three Grammy Awards, four Golden Globes, three Emmy Awards, and a special Tony Award.
She has sold more than 30 million records worldwide and along with that has produced four gold, three platinum and three multi-platinum albums Midler’s break came in Fiddler on the Roof on Broadway in the late 1960s.
