Now I love scaring myself with a late night trip to the cinema to see the latest horror flick or checking myself into the London/York/Edinburgh dungeons - but this really is something else.

Being chased through cornfields in total darkness by faceless ghouls was particularly horrifying. It's everyone's nightmare - and I was living it...

What doesn't help is that the actors are allowed to make physical contact with you. And that adds it's own fear factor.

It also makes the nutter chasing you around the farm with a chainshaw that bit more disturbing. And he's not quiet about it either...

Surely it can't get much worse than that? Wrong.

I won't ruin the surprise but prepare for murderous inmates, witches and freaks of nature - all in very confined spaces with little, or no, light. And they can touch you, remember...

Again - I'll let you experience it for yourself but I RAN out of the exit feeling completely violated and extremely uncomfortable. Well worth the entry fee!
