Extra Special Fiano 2010, £6.98, Asda.
Fiano is Sicily’s own delicious white grape that’s become increasingly popular.
It produces delicately dry wine that has a lovely lemon and apple tang and is a welcome change from the massed ranks of Sauvignon Blanc and Pinot Grigio.
