Blackburn Market butchers awarded for champion sausages

Dales Traditional Butchers Ltd, who have a stall on Blackburn Market, have been named Champions in five categories out of the 12 at the Meat Product Excellence Awards judged at the BPEX North West Regional Roadshow held in Bolton.

The categories won were: Lamb/Beef Sausage Champion, Traditional Pork Sausage Champion, Speciality Hot Eating Pie Champion, Black Pudding Champion and Traditional Pork Pie Champion.
