PRIZE BID Claughton-on-Brock’s Billy Barber prepares to take his cow for showing.
CROWDS descended on rural Ribble Valley on Saturday for the Hodder Valley Agricultural Show.
The show, at Langden Holme Farm, Dunsop Bridge, prides itself on being a traditional agricultural and horticultural show and a day out for all the family.
President Turner Robinson said that this year’s main ring events featured local lad Matthew Alpe and friend Ben Betterworth in the Inch Perfect Trials Display Team.
Also on show was the Cuerden Birds of Prey, 14 local producers in the food hall and 48 trade stands.
