Lily Allen has pulled out of a charity show due to illness.
The Fear singer was due to perform at Mencap's Big Noise Session at Exeter Castle on Saturday, which is headlined by Coldplay, but she has been diagnosed with a "severe recurrent throat infection" which has also led her to cancel two television shows this week.
A spokeswoman said: "Lily Allen is sad to announce that she will not be able to participate in Mencap's Big Noise Session this weekend."
The spokeswoman added: "She deeply regrets having to cancel her appearance and hopes that fans will enjoy the rest of the amazing bill on the show and lend their support to the incredible work done by learning disability charity Mencap."
Organisers said Lily fans could get refunds.
The 24-year-old singer attended Sir Elton John's Grey Goose and Cocktails Winter Ball at the weekend where a bar she designed raised £100,000 for Sir Elton's Aids Foundation.
Lily pulled out of a festival in July due to gastroenteritis, and she hurt her back in the summer after falling off a stage in Finland but battled on with her tour, crying on stage during one performance.
