THE house selling public are still not fully clued up on Home Information Packs, now required on all homes which are put on the market, as the following story illustrates.
A recent caller to an unnamed estate agent asked where on his home they intended to affix his energy efficiency rating board.
The company explained this wasn't a requirement, adding: When we said you need a rating on your house, we didn't mean ON your house!'
