    Stanley wait on Thomas decision

ACCRINGTON Stanley boss John Coleman is still waiting to hear whether Aswad Thomas will stay at the Fraser Eagle Stadium.

The 19-year-old Charlton defender's loan spell is up and Coleman is hoping to speak to the Addicks to secure his service until the end of the season.

But Coleman did confirm that Andrew Mangan had returned to Bury after his loan spell at Stanley ended.

Also, Coleman said he was considering complaining to Sky Sports after pundit Paul Merson made comments about the Stanley boss after his sending off against the MK Dons, his second is successive games.

Coleman said: "I've heard that Merson has made certain comments about me.

"I've requested a tape from Sky and if I feel the comments he made are disparaging then I will make a complaint."

It would be good to keep Thomas and Kempson until the end of the season. I would feel more confident about the defending in the last few games if they are in the side. More worrying is the return of Mangan to Bury, leaving the attack more depleted if Mullin is out any longer. Another forward on loan would be a bonus.

    Dave,

Surley with nothing to play for can we not try the young lad smith from the resies and youth team who has been banging them in for fun. Seem him a few times and looks a real threat with his pace and power! nothing but good reports about him from all youth team reports as well?!

With 6 games to go and with some senior players going out on loan it would be a great opportunity to blood any promising youngsters coming through. As long as there's no surprise charge up the table by anyone below us , I think it's a good idea
