Haslingden flooring firm plans transport change

INTERFLOOR, Europe's largest manufacturer of carpet underlay and flooring accessories, has proposed to transfer its transport department to Norbert Dentressangle Ltd.
The firm, based in Haslingden, recently aquired 17 new DAF vehicles to make their fleet one of the largest in the flooring industry.
Ian Merrifield, Interfloor operations manager, said, “We believe that the proposed change will improve our efficiency and provide opportunities for further improvements to our customer service in the future.”
