A BMW centre has been confirmed as the latest top performer in the country for aftersales customer satisfaction.
The award from January to June 2017 ranks Bowker BMW on Trident Park in Blackburn better than 150 BMW centres in the UK.
The aftersales department in Blackburn has a team of more than 60 and a wealth of experience and drive for customer satisfaction.
Bowker BMW managing director Chris Eccles said: “Thank you to our aftersales staff for their dedication.”
Mr Eccles added: “This is
well-deserved recognition for one of the hardest-working aftersales departments in the country.
