THE University of Central Lancashire (UCLan) has announced a link-up with a Chinese institution.
The ‘ground-breaking’ partnership with Hebei University (HBU) in Baoding, will create the Hebei/UCLan School of Media, Communication and Creative Industries.
The first cohort of 200 students will enrol this September.
Graham Baldwin, vice-president at UCLan, which, which has a campus in Burnley and counts Blackburn College and Nelson and Colne College as partners, said: “This is the most significant development for UCLan in China for over a decade.”
