Still time to enter prestige Lancashire Telegraph awards

BUSINESSES across East Lancashire still have time to get involved with most prestigious awards event of the year.

The Lancashire Telegraph Business Awards take place at Ewood Park, Blackburn, on November 14 and the deadline for entries is drawing ever nearer.

In recent years the event has become the most glamorous annual awards ceremony to feature in the East Lancashire business calendar.

And with 11 categories to choose from there’s plenty of success to be had by local companies.

With categories such as Business of the Year, Recruitment and Devel-opment; Innovation; Social and Community development, Technology, Export and Employee of the year there’s something for everyone. Steven Broomhead, chief executive of the North West Development Agency praised the event and said: “It is vital that we recognise and reward companies and individuals that have demonstrated a strong commitment to excellence" throughout the year.
