HERE is how to enter this year’s Lancashire Telegraph Business Awards.
1. Download and print the entry form as a Word document - 331.doc.
2. Send an email to us here and we'll send you an application form by return email.
Completed Word document applications should be printed out and returned in the post to: Business Awards Entries, Editorial, Lancashire Telegraph, Newspaper House, High Street, Blackburn, BB1 1HT or emailed as attachments here.
The postal method of entering will give companies the chance to submit any supporting evidence along with their completed form.
The deadline for all applications is Friday, September 19 2008.
