BLACKBURN bus maker Optare has called off a planned move from its base, in Lower Philips Road, to a site on Walker Park, Guide.
The firm, which employs 210 in Blackburn, was due to switch last year to a state-of-the-art factory.
However, the idea has now been scrapped by chief executive Jim Sumner due to the downturn in the bus market.
