Letter: Dangers of dog mess in the park
DOG owners who let their pets foul in parks should be fined £750, especially when I tread in the stuff. Don’t these irresponsible owners realise that children play in these parks? I wish it was policed more – I am sure it could make a full-time job for someone. Please note I am not having a pop at owners who clean up the mess. And I do like dogs even though I have no pets. read more
