CD Review: Paradise Lost - Tragic Idol

MORE than 20 years into their career, doom-goth rockers Paradise Lost are back with their 13th long player.

And having established a solid fanbase, they surely can’t go wrong with this album.

I am probably not the best placed person to comment on this group as it really isn’t my kind of thing at all, with vocalist Nick Holmes constantly sounding like he is in the middle of a heated argument with a fire-breathing dragon.

But I’m sure that their legions of supporters will love this heavier than heavy CD.
