A very special thanks to granddaughter Nurse Stephanie Kelly for unstinting love, care and devotion to her beloved Grandy. Thanks to District Nurses Julie Warburton and Sandra Kenny, and carers Louise and Tracy, to Matthew Stirling for his amusing and respectful eulogy on Bert's life, to Rev.
