ROBERT HALLIWELL The family of the late Mr Robert Halliwell wish to express their sincere thanks to all relatives, friends and neighbours for cards of condolence, kind expressions of sympathy, floral tributes and donations received during their time of sorrow. Special thanks to Dr Fourie, East Lancs Hospice, Old Gates Nursing Home, Hospice at Home and Pollyanna, Marie Curie nurses, I Care especially Raymond, and district nurses especially Alison and Pauline for all their dedicated care to Robert and the family. Finally thank you to the Rev John Allerton for his kind words and ministrations.
