BRIAN SMITH Kath, David and brother Jim would like to express sincere thanks to all family relatives, friends and neighbours for the numerous cards, flowers and donations. Thank you to everyone who came to say "Farewell" to Brian, it was a full house turn out and a kind, fitting service by Mrs Belshaw. A special mention for the paramedics, staff and nurses of the Critical Care Unit and Ward C6 at Royal Blackburn Hospital who gave their time in caring for Brian during his stay. The Co-operative Funeral staff offered excellent service and Astley Bank Hotel provided their high quality package. Truly a day to remember. Thank you to everyone.
